 Our organization was formed in 2024 in response to a growing desire from the community for these types of learning opportunities.  We have people in this community who are expert homesteaders, canners, iron workers, potters, and functional artists.  We also have people in this community who want to learn these skills.  Our organization w

 Our organization was formed in 2024 in response to a growing desire from the community for these types of learning opportunities.  We have people in this community who are expert homesteaders, canners, iron workers, potters, and functional artists.  We also have people in this community who want to learn these skills.  Our organization will facilitate opportunities for those with the skill and desire to teach with those with the desire to learn.

The spirit and program are based on the philosophy that every individual’s creative capacity is greatly enhanced by a generous community and instruction.  It is our goal to make classes and workshops available to all members of the community, regardless race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status.
